The Music Leadership Certification Program (MLCP) is a three-year program that: Summons music leaders to their calling of music ministry, Enriches their service to Unitarian Universalist congregations, and Enhances their professional perspective and skills.
Continuing Education Grants for Music Ministers
The UUA offers Continuing Education Grants up to $500 annually to religious professionals seeking financial support for professional development or AUUMM membership. Grants are awarded each year on a rolling basis. Musicians with minimal professional expenses and/or with marginalized identities are especially encouraged to apply.
